When someone has a problem, the clock is the enemy. The burst pipe, the broken supply chain, the deal that has to close this week - their pain compounds by the hour. The person who responds first, who picks up, who says 'I've got it' before anyone else, has already half-won, regardless of price.
Speed is not a nice-to-have wrapped around your real service. Speed is the service. Most of your competitors are slow - they take a day to reply, a week to quote. Be the one who is fast and you will take deals off people who are cheaper, better, and more qualified than you, simply because you got there first.
Respond first. Speed wins deals that price and skill can't.
